Jim,
The best solution IMHO is to use the PageRefresher class and one small mod to the Init of your lowest level PageFrame and you'll never, ever have to worry about this issue again. The class refreshes the page only when it is activated. It is available over on my website.
You won't have to put code in
every page's activate as Mike suggests and you won't have to take the huge performance hit of Charlie's solution.
>I have a form that was created using the Form Wizard and it created a PageFrame with 4 Tabs. I was just informed today of the following problem:
>User clicks on Tab1 (Supplier Name) and everything works fine. User clicks on Tab2 (Adress Info) and sees the correct address info. User moves the record pointer (using the ButtonSet created by the Wizard)and information in the Current Tab is displayed correctly. BUT, if the user selects any of the other tabs he is looking at the original record. If the users clicks in any the fields that field is updated to reflect information from the current record, but only if he clicks on each field in that tab. I thought these wizards were supposed to handle these kinds of things. Am I supposed to add some code in the pageframe to handle this?
