I suggest that you post carefully on "these type of discussions" (heated arguments), but that you stay "in the kitchen" (in the family). I think it might be a mistake to only enter technical discussions and miss out on the personal sense of community that often comes with posts in the chatter section.

All of us need to be more careful about what we post in the "heated" category.
