Hi Gavin.

>> I'm using GETFLDSTATE() to check if the fields have changed. This works fine for the fields on the form, but GETFLDSTATE() seems to indicate that records in the grid have changed even when I just tab through the grid without making changes. <<

GETFLDSTATE() should work even when you are using it to check for changes in the recordSource of a grid. What kind of code to you have in the grid? You probably have code that is inadvertantly modifying the Field state of the underlying record even though it hasn't changes the actual value of the field.
