>A friend has Win95 and if he boots to DOS or opens a dos window, his "/" key is mapped to a french "e". Any ideas how to correct this. In normal windows mode the slash is fine.

Check to see if he's got a KEYB command remapping the keyboard for him in AUTOEXEC.BAT
