Thanks for responding. I actually thought about trying that. But I thought it might add needless overhead to all the occurances of my optiongroup class. I thought there must be an easy way to do it. But if the folks at Visual Maxframe do it that way, then there must not be an easy solution. I'll give it a try. Thanks again.

>The way it's done in Visual Maxframe, which I use, is that the custom option group class has 10 buttons, each with the revised code. There is a method called when initializing the option group which checks to see how many buttons you want 'live'. They handle grids the same way.
