I just got a copy of "Professional Style Sheets for HTML and XML" by Frank Boumphrey, Wrox Press, ISBN 1-861001-65-7.

Chap 1-2 on Style Sheets, 3-4 XML, 5 Simple XSL, 6-10 Details of Styles, 11 XSL: Beyond the Basics, 12-15 Scripting and Examples.

Very detailed and an excellent tutorial and reference for styles for CSS and XSL.
