Problem to solve: Generating 3 different reports, placing them into one
file
which needs to be submitted to the FAX as one report.

Problem: Not happening.

Things we have tried: Invoking FoxPro application to create postscript graphic of the documents, hoping the FAX would convert the submitted file contents into .TIF file which the FAX recognizes. However, it ends up printing all of the text along with the postscript characters.

We have tried creating the text files via several printers (postscript, even using the FAX as a printer), but still end up with the above results (postscript characters along with text).

What has worked: The only thing that has produced a readable print is to submit each report separately directly to the FAX, but that would necessitate the user to answer all the FAX prompts/questions for each report; we want to submit multiple reports at the same time, with only one prompt for the user to fill out.

This is why we were trying to print first into files, then append the reports within the file, then submit the file to the FAX. But when that is attempted, the above results occur (postscript characters along with the text).

The FAX server is currently not recognized by DOS, so we can't use the DOS COPY command to copy the file to the FAX.

A prompt answer would be appreciated.
