I have my Start Bar at the top and my Office 97 bar at the bottom. This had been working fine.

All of a sudden, most new windows are opening with their title bars at the top of my screen (i.e., under the Start Bar). This makes the system menu unreachable with the mouse and is otherwise annoying.

This happens at minimum with office apps, new IE windows, etc. Even if I move a window to a better spot and save and close the app, the next time it does the same thing.

Is there some hidden registry setting or something I can use to fix this?
