Two users are accessing a table through two different local views at the same time. There are some common records to both views. (Say Records a and b). Firstly, User1 deletes the records a and b and updating the table. After that User2 edited the records a & b (which he had downloaded before User1 deleted them) and updating the tables.

But the User2's update has no effect because the records are still marked as deleted.

Is there any way to avoid such situation?

Is there any way to find out the status of the records (i.e. deleted) before sending the updates?
