Hi, can anyone help?

I want to display multiple records on a single form, rather than using standard navigation buttons to 'cycle' through. The layout I want will need to be how a grid is displayed, but I want to keep the complexity and presentation of standard text fields.

What I basically need is a form with fields on it, that the user can 'scroll-down' through the records.

I hope this makes sense.
