Kevin,
What Ricardo suggested is quite fair. I would also keep a grid (with few identifier fields) as a navigator and keep fields on form. As another option you could put code in last control to "skip" and "skip -1" in first control (checking BOF(), EOF()). Also you could have navigational controls invisible and call its Top, Bottom, Prev, Next button clicks to navigate (ie as a respond to PageUp, PageDown).
