I have Intuit's Business Lawyer...lot's of examples of all kinds of business documents. Very flexible and exhaustive, I think.

Also, do check out Whil Hentzen's Developers Guides. I just got it last week, and am using his example of a letter of engagement. The guide will be a huge help, too, I suspect.
