Dan,

Your problem seems to be related to the font problems within CR. I've been trough a lot of trouble to get fonts look right when text printed on multiple lines. Some steps might help reduce the problem.

- Get the latest HP 5p driver.
- Try some other fonts to print. Prefferably not a true type font.
- Set aligning to the right.
- If possible split the lines at forehand, an put them into a table and include a subreport to print the lines.
