>This is a silly problem, but I would like to know the answer. I have just learned how to implement successfully HTML Help in Win2K RC3 VFP 6.0 and and Win 98 VFP 6.0. However in Win2K RC3 the help screen usually comes up "under" the main screen. You notice it on the title bar on the bottom of the screen and have to use an alt-tab to bring it up. This is true for applications and for the main FoxPro help. I set Help off and the main FoxPro screen came up on top. This trick does not work for application help files.

I have found that in Win2K, the HTML Help app starts minimized if it was closed while minimized. IOW, it remembers its windowstate, and restarts using the windowstate it had when it was closed. Make sure it is maximized or normalized when you close it, and see what effect this has.
