You can control colors using the font HTML tag, for example < font color=red > changes the foreground color to red until the effect is removed by a matching < /font > tag. I've added a space after each < and before each closing > to avoid having the HTML from being stripped and interpreted - it's the same reason I have to put spaces in < g > to keep it from being stripped away...
