Yeah, I had checked the data type and it was showing up as "C" like it should. My initial reaction to the two different databases was "No way" but I just realized I did a test install of this app last night. The app makes registry changes that point to the data. When I opened the database directly, no error. When the app ran it used the registry settings and grabbed the old database.
