I would like to suggest an alternative to Grids (maybe it has already been suggested) Instead of a grid sue a ListView control to show the data needed to for an overview of the loads. Then clicking on the load could beam the user to a screen(s) showing the details of the loads.

This keeps grids out of the app which I to me is a big benefit.
