Most times I'm satisfied with the speed. The areas that are slow are generally out of my control.

0. FoxPro is going to grab everything it can. I rarely have to limit memory.

Last year in FoxPro Adivor, Mac Rubel did a series of articles that discussed how the amount of physical RAM affected FoxPro's performance.
