Protecting Views from the Native VFP View Designer

I have read Thread #192806 and it relates directly to my problem about grouping Parenthesis in the WHERE clause.

I had to use Eric's eView Designer to fix the parenthesis to the way I wanted them. Thanks Eric! However, if a user out in the field decides to open up my DBC and then just look at the View and then saves the View it blows away my parenthesis formatting.

Any suggestions short of having to write code to check the view every single time I start up my app out in the field?

The native View Designer really needs to be fixed! I use Stonefield and I must be careful not to open up a view from SDT for fear of blowing away my View definition.
