Can anyone tell me if I can gun a process running on another machine?

The process is an OLE Automation server (written in VFP). I have noticed that once or twice a day these things don't get released by my VFP front end. While figuring out that problem, I'd like to be able to gun stranded OLE processes w/o going into the secure server room, especially as I'd like to assign this to staff who have no access to that room.
