Well, it's kind of an odd situation. The client hasn't decided if he wants to do the project yet. But I had nothing else to do and I found out he was being billed for me twiddling my thumbs anyway, so I went ahead and started the project. But now he's been given an hours estimate and I don't have many of them left and I don't want to run out of hours before I get the specs on the project. Luckily, other stuff came up for me to do, so I've been working on that while the client is deciding.

So since he doesn't know I've got the project half done, I can't ask the questions I'm stuck on. Messy situation. :( Hopefully he'll decide soon.
