The SEM doesn't support that functionality in the way that you're probably expecting. There are various that have products that with dump table structures and more.

You might see if sp_columns does what you're looking for. Also, try this. Right-click on the table that you're interested in and choose Copy. Start Notepad and do an Edit|Paste.
