I have a VFP6 SP3 app which crashes in a very strange way immediately after printing, but only on certain machines.
The first line of code to fail is a call to Foxtools.fll made in a procedure file...
nWords= Words(m.cAliasList)
where cAliasList is a short string.
The error is an API Exeception (2028) The call is a valid one though. So there is no reason whatsover that it shoudl fail.
Then every single line of code subsequently executed in that procedure file fails with various error messages, all of them incorrect.
So there's some serious corruption going on here.
It doesn't matter what's in the report.
The only identifiable difference between the machines that work and those that don't is that VFP 5 runtime was once installed on them. I don't know if that's relevant.
We reinstalled VFP6 but makes no difference.

Any clues??
