There have been all sorts of strange behavior associated with Checkboxes and Assign. I had a situation in VFP6 before SP3 where Assign never fired. The way I resolved the situation was to create a custom form property and use that as the ControlSource for the Checkbox and then created a form_property_Assign.

>I was playing with the Assign event and I tried to connect it the Value of a checkbox so I would know if it was checked. I put a Wait window in the Value_assign method and it kept getting fired off. I only want it to be called when the value changes. Any ideas on why this is happening?
