To have the Assign method (Access is (to me) not part of the picture here) fire you have to programmatically call This.Value = This.Value or something similar, an Interactive Change won't fire the Assign method.

I have a method called AnyChange fired from both Programmatic and Interactive change events(), then that event is really isn't tied into the UI, is it? It could be fired by a programmattic change.
