>This is true. My grandparents from my Mothers AND Fathers side of the family both live in Joliet. My dad's dad likes the Sox, and my mom's dad likes the Cubs! I can't necessarily say I HATE the Sox, but I do have a great indifference toward them. Perhaps if there ever were an all Chicago World Series that would fuel the fire. LOL Like that's ever going to happen. Maybe in MY grandchildren's lifetime!

As a survivor of 1969 (not to mention 1984), I hate to say this, but I think right now the Cubs have a better chance of getting there than the Sox. Of course, the Sox are re-building (but then the Cubs have been doing that since 1945, so they've got a head start< g >).
