This may be completely unrelated, but I was getting a "Menu manager internal consistency C0..05 error, Called from browser line 0" whenever I issued a 'clear all' in the command window, and then tried to open the Class Browser via the Tools menu. It wasn't happening on my co-worker's machine though, so I started trying things. I ultimately took out the call to sdt.app (Stonefield Database Toolkit) that was in my startup.prg, and the problem went away. I haven't had a chance to determine if it's really SDT or if anything that messes with the Tools menu would make it happen.

I know this isn't exactly the problem you were having, but thought it might at least give you some new ideas?
