I did something like that a few years ago with an HP and some odd-shaped paper. I set it Manual Feed, ordinary letter size (I think), and just made the report the correct size for the paper. It was up to the users to put the correct paper in the tray so the report would come out right. I just had to make the report the correct size in vfp for the paper by trial & errorr. Is that what you're getting at?
