Thanks, Bruce, for the info. We've not used HP printers for a number of years now, (we use OKIDATA) so that's not something we had tried. We don't use HP equipment anymore for other reasons. Main reason, repair policy/pricing! We had an HP Fax that stripped a gear. Only needed one part, not available separately, they wanted to replace a very large (and expensive!) internal assembly, for $75 more than it would cost to have purchased an entire new unit! That wasn't the only incident similar to that, so we just use OKIDATA now. Never had those kinds of problems with them!

Always useful to have something to tell our customers to try, though.
