I have a simple com object that I can't seem to get running properly?

here is the click event:
oremote = CREATEOBJECTEX("Servercom.dstcomm","\\Clubserver")

All caps are in place, and I have rights on that server, but whose rights are being used?

I have followed the VFPCOM example and their's is working but my call in createobjex is failing.

I have tried an init with nothing, as well as with the VFPCOM sample. I can createobject fine in VFP but it is not working in createobjectex(). Yes the sucker is registered on both machines.
