Yes I've just read about "Refresh All Components" option in the docs. From your message if this doesn't work I'll also try your mtsrereg.exe suggestion.
FWIW, I had no idea I created the same message twice. Sometimes when I accidentally did this in the past the message would pop up telling me this and I could abort but it didn't this time. I know how much I hate same multiple postings so I'm with you there but sometimes it's unintentional. Thanks Vlad!
