That sounds scary. Dunno on the error, Fox has always had some "undocumented" error codes but with ODBC I have encountered situations where Fox seems to attempt to report an ODBC error code and everything gets jumbled. You might try AERROR() to see if it gives you any more info but I have had mixed success with this. LOL
