Do you mean FTP? There are a couple of freeware classes that will do this for you- wwIPStuff is one (www.west-wind.com), at least one other is available here in the files section. There is also the Internet Transfer Control that comes with IE and VFP 6.

I don't think you want to use WinSock to do this...
