I have a similiar problem to the one below except I want to have the user select a Page Range of mailing labels to print. The LABEL command, of course, does not have the RANGE option.

Have you tried using the REPORT FORM xxx.lbx RANGE x,y command? Reports and labels are nearly the same thing. I tried this and it does work, but does this do what you want it to?
