I have a strange problem. My Web program lets users to login after they enter user name and password. It saves their cookies in a table. On every hit program checks if that user has logged in. It compares cookie from the hit with one in the table. If it is not found then login screen pops up. It works OK when 98 is a web server but when 2000 is server for every hit new cookie is getting into a program. I always thought that cookie is generated from Browser. What does that have to do with Web server? Please help.
