Gotta tell you about a page I ran into (now been corrected) which had the links become bold upon mouse-over. With bold text being a little larger, the rest of the line had to adjust, causing the mouse to no longer be over the link. This caused the text to adjust again...

End result, the page went bananas when the mouse was over a link.
