I have a client who is running a win nt network & has windows 95 & 98 as the operating systems on the workstations.
This particular client continuously gets random errors while running the applications. They get such errors as "index does not match table", "internal consistency error" and so on. I constantly have to reindex their files. One time they were even freezing up while running a vcx screen in an app, they would click on a command button and freeze, I ended up deleting there app & resent a new one
and that worked. So it also seems the apps are getting corrupted as well as the data files. In my experience with win nt networks I have seen certain instances where things would run very smoothly and others that are just disasters. Can you think of any settings or patches that may help in solving my problems?
