That's true, although it will depend on how IR35 is implemented. Certainly, if you are working on-site and being paid an hourly rate you would appear to be at risk.

However, if you are charging a fixed fee and working off-site you _may_ be ok. Depends how nasty the revenue want to be, I guess.
