Make sure the image file is included in the project.

>I have created an exe that has a top-level form with a splash screen (created by the app builder). The splash screen has a .jpg file on it. I Created an exe and installed the app with the setup wizard,etc and it ran fine. Now I added a new table to the app and made a few changes and moved over just the exe, db*, dc*, cdx and everything works except the splash screen has lost its jpg image! Any ideas?? It works in the development system.
