I made a toolbar from the toolbar class, but I can't get it to instantiate. Here's the error I get:

The server for the object is not registered properly, resources are low, or a required .DLL isn’t present.


Resources are fine, so that leaves one of the other two. How do I register the server for the object, or what DLL do I need? I can't find anything in the instructions about it.

BTW, the command I'm using is:

goToolbar = CREATEOBJECT('pmtb')
