Using FDATE(Using FDATE(,1) returns a datetime value

For example:

? fdate("c:\junk.txt") && will return {^2000/01/17} or whatever the file date is
? fdate("c:\junk.txt",1) && will return {^2000/01/17 10:47:00AM} or whatever the file date + time is
