Hi : Teck, In frx file, first record is used for report setting and environment. contents in tag and tag2 is generated from expr. In expr field, it records information of driver, printer type, orientation, paper type, pixel resolution in printing and e.g.., you can not delete other stuffs, if do so, in run time, FoxPro will use default printer setting. If client in your app only have one printer( Local or network ), you can delete all details in expr field, but you will not be able to change options in printing any more, the best way is to get the information through a .DLL, and then write it to the .frx file.
