I don't think you can solve the problem using the LX300 drivers.

However, if you install the printer using the generic / text only driver, then you can choose the paper «Continuous No page break»
This setting will do what you want (remember that the report has to be configured for that printer)

Unfortunately you won't be able to use printer specific capacities. But if you only need to print text then it is ok.
