The file you are looking for is Winuser.h. It can be found under the VC++ folder of your Visual Studio installation.

It gives you the constants for some other items you may need as well as the colors constants.

Or you can download Windows.h, a file that was contributed years ago by Gary Dewitt on the MS Developer Apps forum on compuserve. It has more #DEFINEs for the API constants than you ever wanted to know about < g >
