Hmmm. Personally this wouldn't be my solution but because I don't know Visual Installer at all, you could ship a very very small VC++ exe that just fires up your VFP exe in the same directory, set your shortcut to that. You can also make the VC++ exe display a splach screen or something (Woohoo!).
