OK, then next step :)
Go and create a new form property as :
grd_info[1]

Then in form init instead of dimensioning and using grd_info[], dimension and use thisform.grd_info[].

You could then delete grd_info[] definition in grid setting, and use thisform.grd_info[] to assign header captions, controlsources.
