I'm still looking, but I would not recommend MTS/MSMQ With VB and ASP from WROX (ISBN 1-861001-46-0). I gained a little bit of knowledge on MSMQ from it but not enough to justify the price ($50). I really got more from reading the documentation on MSMQ in the Knowledge Base. If you find something really good, post it here.
