Oh. If you want to do it programmatically its in the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERS\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\6.0\Options
Key EditorNormalColor

Just Make it "RGB(0,0,0,X,X,X), Auto, NoAuto" where the final 3 X's are the RGB value of the color you want.
