I noticed that when I create a new message using IE 3.02, the size of the message area for typing has increased. However, when replying to a message, the area is still small. Can this be changed?

Also, occasionally when I click on the button for new messages, nothing happens. If I click on a button in the upper left frame, and then click on the new message button, it works. After this, the reverse appears to be true (the create new message button didn't work until I clicked on the new messages button in the lower left frame).
