I am sorry, I meant that I am looking for an OCX that able to send or receive file over TCP/IP. We are not using the FTP for security reason. By using the TCP/IP the server can have a firewall to monitor the incoming file from the client.

If I am not mistaken ICQ able to do files transfer but I am not sure if it uses the FTP or over the TCP/IP????
